ANZNN Board
The ANZNN is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board manages the financial, legal and business operations of the organisation and is supported in its activities by the Council, a range of committees and ANZNN Operations.
The Board comprises of a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 11 Members:
- At least 6 Neonatal Clinician Board Directors: at least 2 who are ordinarily resident of Aotearoa New Zealand and at least 3 who are ordinarily resident of Australia
- At least 2 External Board Directors: Technical specialist (data security and analytics), Practising lawyer, Certified public accountant, Chartered financial analyst, or Senior business professional
- Remaining positions to be determined as the Voting Members see fit.
At least one Board Director must be Indigenous of Australia or Aotearoa New Zealand
The Chair is to be elected from existing Neonatal Clinician Board Directors.
